Free exchange of goods
1. The Customer is entitled to exchange goods purchased in the SportowyButik.pl online store within 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
2. SportowyButik.pl contains a comparison of product exchange procedures provided that the product is indicated in the offer.
3. Exchange of purchased goods is possible as long as it is carried out in accordance with the guidelines below.
4. Guidelines covering the costs of replacing goods:
a) Complete the Goods Exchange Form.
b) If you want to exchange it for the same model, fill in the field with the size you want to remove.
c) In case of exchange for another model (applies to exchange for goods of the same price), please provide the product code and size.
d) Carefully pack the shipment together with the completed return/exchange document.
e) Customer service with the Customer Service Office is available daily from 10:00 to 20:00 to arrange pickup of the parcel by a courier.
f) Courier fully available to deliver a different size or model (exchange deadline is 3-14 days).
5. If the item for which the exchange was made is no longer available, the online store staff will contact the customer to arrange an exchange.
6. Exchanged products must be in unaltered condition (unless used in normal use). Exchanges can be made in their original packaging, which may include a dent in the packaging. The goods must be properly secured. Please return the items with the original packaging or with all instructions, documentation, and packaging included. Always use the receipt or VAT invoice received upon delivery to return the goods. No refund will be given if the product shows more than normal wear and tear, or if it has been sealed in a damaged manner. Therefore, please handle the products with care while they are in your possession.
7. Exchange (both return and re-delivery of goods) is completely free of charge.
Return of goods
1. Pursuant to the Act of 2 March 2000 "On protection related to consumption and on action for damage caused by a dangerous product", the Consumer may cancel a product purchased in the store without applying the last one within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
2. We offer two return methods to our customers:
a) Return of shipping transport
To facilitate the execution of your written declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract, we recommend using our Returns Form . The completed form, along with the goods, should be returned to:

b) Free returns in a stationary store:
Customers can make reservations in our physical store. You can complete all formalities in our store – simply bring the proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or VAT invoice) that you received in the shipment and the goods in their unaltered condition, as per normal handling. Customers will receive payment for the returned goods in cash.
3. The return referred to above is only permissible for goods in a changeable state, unless the change was necessary due to routine management. The return may be made in the original packaging, including any protrusions present in the packaging. The goods must be properly secured.
Please return the items in their original packaging or with all instructions, documentation, and packaging included. Therefore, please handle the items with care while they are in your possession.
4. Any refund offered by the parties will be made no later than 14 days. The refund will be made to the Buyer via bank transfer, provided in the Refund Form (or by post or other means at the customer's request). In the case of a return at a physical store, the refund will be made immediately in the form of a cash payment.
